Нашел свой трекинг, 28/02 был статус во Франкфурте, что ожидает перевозки. Обращение писал 16/03, ответ от них пришел 17/03. 18/03 резко появилась в Ларнаке. Не знаю, связанные это события или нет))

На 99% да. Посылки валялись в ожидании импорта неоформленные в Ларнаке. Их пнула почта отправителя, и посылку достали вручную из завалов.

Мне тоже так кажется. Ответ прислали максимально бестолковый:

Your shipment left Germany to 28.02.20026. As soon as the shipment arrives in the destination country, it is handed over to the local postal company.
