Nicosia District Administration will ONLY accept applications from residents of the Nicosia District or permanent abroad residents.
The day of your reservation, your application should be duly completed and accompanied by the necessary documents as listed on the website of the Directorate of Civil Registry.
If the application can be submitted by an authorized representative, it should be accompanied by the requiredrepresentative authorization form duly completed and certified (applications M125 and M126 cannot be submitted by an authorized representative).
