Всем привет! может кто знает, рогатка, является ли или относится ли к оружию? Речь идет о дорогой рогатке с лазерной насадкой. Нужно ли спец разрешение на ввоз? Можно ли отправлять по почте?

В законе рогатки (Slingshot) никак не прописаны, максимум из похожего - спортивный лук/арбалет, но по описанию конструкции не подходит:
