@620716419Если речь о справке об отсутствии брака Кипре: получали в мае 22, запись не нужна была, выдали в тот же день. Главное, принести все документы по списку для обеих сторон, как бы странно это не было

@620716419Миграционка. Людей много было, так что лучше приходить пораньше. Плюс есть нюанс: можно прийти, а того человека, который выдает справки, может не оказаться на месте, никто не скажет, придет он или нет. Нам повезло, а с нами была пара, так они второй раз приходили

2. Temporary residence permit the validity of which should not be less than one month the day of the application for a non-marriage certificate.
3. Affidavit that clearly describes his marital status (single/divorced/widow). In case of divorce or widowhood must be stated that the applicant has not been married since the divorce/death of his spouse. The Affidavit should also state the name of the person with whom he intends to get married.
4. Non-marriage certificate from the competent authority of the country of origin of the applicant with an official translation into Greek/English and duly certified.
5. In case of divorce, a divorce certificate (final) with an official translation into Greek or English and duly certified. In the event of widowhood, death certificate of his spouse with an official translation into Greek or English and duly certified.
6. Valid passport or civil identity card

Справка об отсутствии брака на Кипре.
Документы:
- все документы, указанные на сайте + их копии
-аффидавит делается в суде. Форма находится на сайте под списком документов, скачиваешь и заполняешь. Клеешь марки, по состоянию на май 2022 - на сумму 4 евро. Подписывать документ в суде перед работником.
-документы нужны от обоих, того у кого есть ВНЖ и и того, кто приехал по туристической визе.
-заявление на выдачу справки дадут в отделе иммиграции, заполнять тоже обоим
