Что ожидаем:
• 8+ лет опыта в Compliance / Legal в fintech, payments или финансовой индустрии;
• 3+ года опыта управления или построения Compliance-функции;
• Практический опыт работы в лицензированной EMI или платежной компании;
• Опыт прохождения лицензионных процессов в EU/EEA и взаимодействия с регуляторами;
• Сильную экспертизу в AML/KYC/KYB, sanctions и Transaction Monitoring;
• Опыт в Risk Management в регулируемой финансовой компании;
• Хорошее понимание payment services, банков, эквайеров и платежных систем;
• Высшее юридическое образование;
• Английский C1+;
• Возможность регулярно находиться на Кипре.

Будет плюсом опыт взаимодействия с Central Bank of Cyprus, сертификации CAMS / ACAMS / ICA, построение Compliance-функции с нуля и опыт с crypto / digital assets.
