Что предстоит делать:

- Вести несколько проектов и операционных процессов параллельно, в том числе по разным юрлицам и юрисдикциям.
- Выстраивать и описывать процессы с нуля: регламенты, инструкции, протоколы, рабочие документы.

🎯 Мы ожидаем, что ты:
Имеешь коммерческий опыт разработки на Go 6+ лет, из них 1–2 года в роли Team Lead / Tech Lead.
Обладаешь глубоким пониманием многопоточности
Проектировал и эксплуатировал высоконагруженные распределённые микросервисные системы
Знаешь паттерны распределённых систем (Saga, Outbox, Circuit Breaker, Bulkhead, CQRS и др.), понимаешь типовые проблемы микросервисных архитектур (distributed transactions, eventual consistency, cascading failures, data duplication) и способы их решения.
Работал с REST, gRPC и асинхронным взаимодействием (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSocket, Pub/Sub, SSE), понимаешь сценарии применения каждого механизма.
Знаешь SQL и NoSQL СУБД, имеешь опыт профилирования запросов и миграций схем, понимание, когда какая модель данных уместна.
Работал с инфраструктурой микросервисов (Docker, Kubernetes) и строил CI/CD-пайплайны.
Понимаешь принципы наблюдаемости: метрики (RED/USE, SLI/SLO, health checks), логирование, трассировка и мониторинг (Prometheus/Grafana, distributed tracing, централизованное логирование).
