Мы- международный iGaming-продукт, работающий на Tier-1 рынках (AU, DE, UK). Ищем Senior Operations Manager, который поможет выстраивать и масштабировать операционные процессы продукта.

Что предстоит делать:
• Управлять операционной деятельностью продукта и оптимизировать бизнес-процессы;
• Координировать работу Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Analytics, Support, VIP, Marketing и других команд;
• Контролировать ключевые процессы: платежи, бонусную систему, CRM, KYC/AML, Antifraud, VIP и Loyalty;
• Формировать бизнес-требования и ставить задачи команде разработки;
• Участвовать в запуске новых GEO, платежных решений и внутренних инструментов;
• Проводить UAT, контролировать качество релизов и участвовать в разборе инцидентов.

Что важно:
• Опыт в роли Operations Manager / Product Operations / Head of Operations в iGaming;
• Опыт взаимодействия с Product, Development и Analytics;
• Понимание API, интеграций, платежной инфраструктуры и бизнес-процессов продукта;
• Английский B2+.

📍 Location: Limassol | Hybrid
⚡️ paytech builds the technology behind modern payments. Our white-label payment gateway, payment orchestration platform, and growing suite of payment products help businesses launch, scale, and optimise their payment infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Product Content Specialist to become the voice of our products and turn complex payment technology into clear, engaging, and valuable content for clients and prospects.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Own the content strategy for paytech’s products and platform modules
- Write feature announcements, release notes, and product updates
- Create educational blog posts about payment technology, industry trends, and platform capabilities
- Develop website copy for products, features, and landing pages
- Produce LinkedIn posts and other product-focused marketing content
- Transform technical documentation into clear, customer-friendly content
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand new functionality before launch
- Interview internal teams to uncover useful product stories and insights
- Build messaging that clearly explains how our products solve real business challenges
- Create sales enablement materials, including product one-pagers, brochures, and presentations
- Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across all product communications

🗒 Requirements:
Must-have:
- Exceptional written English
- Experience in payments
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple language
- Strong interviewing and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Product, Development, and Marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
