What you'll do:

Ищем Senior Full Stack Kotlin Developer с упором на бэкенд (~85%) в крутую команду 🚀
Ребята строят AI-native финтех-стартап с нуля EMI (Electronic Money Institution) и платежную инфраструктуру для европейских мерчантов - свой процессинг, свой gateway, лицензии на Кипре (CBC) и в UK (FCA). Pre-launch, релиз в этом году.
Чем предстоит заниматься: строить финансовое ядро платформы с нуля: ledger, settlement engine, reconciliation. Работа напрямую с CTO, реальное влияние на архитектуру, а не тикеты из бэклога.
🔥 Отдельно про AI: здесь реальный AI-first подход, а не разговоры о нём. Агенты сидят на коде, ревью, тестах и инцидентах, большая часть PR апрувится автоматически. Ищем тех, кому такой формат комфортен и по-настоящему интересен - кто сам строит AI-пайплайны, а не использует LLM как "второе мнение".
Что важно в опыте: 6+ лет на Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot), PostgreSQL, event-driven архитектура, OAuth2. Плюсом - опыт в финтехе/платежах.
