Это ключевая роль для роста конверсии, качества платёжного сервиса и продуктовых решений.💳📈
🔍 Основные задачи:
• Анализ платежных потоков (Acquirers, PSP, APMs) и поиск точек роста
• Оптимизация каскадов и fallback-сценариев на основе данных
• Мониторинг фрода, аномалий и decline-кодов, проактивные меры
• Работа с провайдерами и кросс-функциональными командами (Product, Tech, Risk)
• Построение отчётов и дашбордов по AR, fraud, KPI
💡 Требования:
• 3+ лет опыта в платежах: PSP, acquiring, финтех, e-commerce
• Знание платежной инфраструктуры (Visa/MC, APMs, 3DS, SCA)
• Опыт анализа транзакций, фрод-триггеров, chargeback-менеджмента
• Английский и русский — от Upper-Intermediate (работа с международными провайдерами)
• Отличные навыки Excel/Google Sheets; BI-инструменты и SQL — плюсом
• Умение видеть паттерны в данных и чётко доносить инсайты до команд
🌟 Будет плюсом:
• Опыт в high-risk или cross-border платёжных продуктах
• Знание API-интеграций платёжных шлюзов
• Понимание процессов AML/KYC
