Чем предстоит заниматься:

Now we are looking for Junior Lawyer to our team.

Our requirements:
Experience in a similar position;

Основные задачи:

• Обеспечение полного соответствия требованиям игорных лицензий, включая подготовку и подачу отчетности регуляторам.
• Обработка юридических запросов от игроков, платформ и регуляторов.
• Взаимодействие с продуктовой командой по вопросам оперирования сайтом, включая соблюдение всех регуляторных требований.
• Самостоятельное заполнение форм для подачи заявок на лицензии и создание необходимых пакетов документов.
• Разрешение споров с игроками и платформами.
• Поддержка и сопровождение деятельности компании в соответствии с требованиями регуляторов на регулируемых рынках.

Требования:

• Опыт работы в сфере Compliance, судебных спорах по выплатам игрокам, регуляторной работе на регулируемых рынках или сопровождении деятельности по игорной лицензии.
• Умение самостоятельно заполнять формы и подавать заявки на получение лицензий.
• Навыки создания пакетов документов по бенефициарам.
• Опыт в разрешении споров с игроками и платформами.
• Свободное владение английским языком (письменным и устным).
• Знание регулирования деятельности онлайн-казино и ставок на спорт в нескольких юрисдикциях.
