License: To participate in the World Championships, all riders must possess a valid annual license from a UCI affiliated national cycling federation (you can find the full list here : https://www.uci.org/continental-confederations-and-national-federations-information-main-page/6AutcpFCy486Rae3Gs5cKP ). Please note that your license needs to contain a UCI ID (an 11 digits code)
Admitted types of licenses include:
Amateur license
Master license
Cycling for All license
Elite license with exception of:
Any rider who has during the current year been a member of a UCI registered team.
Any rider who has taken part in a World Championships, the Olympic Games, Continental Games, Regional Games, the Commonwealth Games, or a World Cup during the current year.
Any rider who has scored UCI points in the year of the World Championships.
National jersey: All riders must wear a jersey which is representative of their nationality at the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships.
