I apologize wrong reading from my part of the timing the opts got eliminated and again I am not mentioning it personally for anyone who wants to play more, as it is only natural. jammers have given a reason for many to find meaning and give life to their music studies since kids. it is natural that musicians want to perform more , so allow more to happen within a limit that used to be internal ettiquette respected by most but since it needs some actual limitation then limit the opts, don't eliminate them

It’s important to understand how the mechanics actually work. Opt doesn’t really increase your chances of “playing more songs.” What it does is generate a larger number of songs involving the same people, which makes it harder to select unique participants for a 25-track setlist. It might seem like opts help newcomers, but in practice they just let the same people get on stage more often than everyone else and make it tougher for others to even get a single track through. Personally, I only see egoism in the opt mechanic. Three songs are more than enough when you’ve got 100+ participants and only 25 spots in the setlist. Before Kovalevsky, there were plenty of people who abused this and ended up playing 5+ songs per gig.
