I adore Kovalevski the musician and human and I am using only his name as his eager to play more created the reaction of eliminating the OPTs , so we are now facing in the history of jammers the Kovalevski Effect. Since Opts were eliminated instead of being limited to two or three , the whole process and outcomes are chaotic , unpredictable, more stressful than fun, and each time the set is announced we end up with hours of silence in sadness as all musicians want to play and enjoy the community and the gathering . why don't you try bringing back two opts and whenever participation exceeds expectations to try and fit occasionally two gigs ..
