Again your information was not clear on which kite so hence my reply for a warranty there is a process to follow and evidence we need to submit including photos and videos non of which you brought forward

Again I appreciate your feedback and the factory gets it all the time from me and others so this is not my part to change the manufacturer way of production I replaced the valves so many times not because of defects because of not following the guidelines the valves is supposed to be turned only 25 degrees and not more once inserted also cleaning it with fresh water and using original hose adaptor that is clean if your case is a defect you can always claim no one is stopping you

Finally I have replaced enough valves to know that it is not a warranty issue for sure if you force the valve it will brake follow the instructions be gentle with your gear thank you

We all know 2 year warranty is on everything we buy nothing new factory decides not us but yes sometimes if it is not covered we cover up to a point
