Yes a bright Red Flash full in the face! Not allowed in the Netherlands from the Front, because of the possibility to be blinded and crash

Same happened to me few days ago. Have seen the car in the dark and was lower than 120km for sure, still got the red flash in the eyes and got spooked a bit. now as I understand it is not clear to anyone whether we will be allowed and tolerated the additional 19-20 km?

Exactly! And I clearly saw the minivan, checked my speed and because I was in the tolerance zone I didn't use the brake! Nobody has the answer for now
