1. Description of situation with animal 2. Photo of the animal 3. Receipts from the clinic (MANDATORY; if you don’t have a receipt yet, you can always ask the clinic for a preliminary receipt, they will be happy to provide it to you), you can also attach doctor’s reports, X-rays, etc. 4. Amount of the collection. 5. Funds can only be collected on European cards or Revolut or on the clinic’s cards 6. Reports on the receipt of funds received in the group (MANDATORY). 7. Closing the collection when the required amount has been collected. 8. Reports on the health of the animal for which the collection was opened.
