A valid laboratory test certificate has not been found in the last 7 days.
We would like to remind you that you need to fill in the number of the identification document and the mobile phone number declared at the clinical laboratory/mobile testing unit/pharmacy.
In the event that the clinical laboratory or pharmacy in which your laboratory test was performed is not connected to the EUDCC platform, or has not yet registered your test result, please contact the laboratory or pharmacy for further clarification.
For assistance, please contact the COVID-19 Call Centre by sending an email to info@eudcc.gov.cy, by calling 1474 (+357 22 285757 for international calls) or by arranging an appointment to visit the Citizen Service Centers KEP/KEPO.
